The answers you seek to help restore and optimize your vitality, energy, and immunity, are available, accessible and affordable. All that is required is the right action TODAY to set the process in motion.
Fatigue, low energy, depletion, poor stamina – no matter how you say it, it is no fun.
Without “energy” it is difficult to perform well at work, accomplish your daily tasks and responsibilities, sustain a good attitude, reach your long-term goals, and enjoy life.
There are multiple factors that rob you of your energy – nutritional deficiencies, insufficient quality sleep, lack of exercise, a toxic body burden, and recurring stress – including feelings of grief, hopelessness, or shame.
Each, in their own way, sabotages your body’s ability to consistently generate the energy you want and your body requires.
Another “cause” of low energy is “long COVID” which refers to an extended period of time that one feels depleted and not their normal ‘self’ after “recovering” from the acute phase of COVID.
In reality, COVID isn’t the “cause,” but rather the effect of delayed healing resulting from an immune system that is weak and imbalanced and therefore cannot completely resolve the infection.
An extended recovery experience can occur after any infection, be it from a flu virus, Shingles virus, a recurring fungal infection (yeast or Candida), or repeated bacterial infections – like sinusitis, urinary tract infections, and more.
In each instance, the body’s immune system attempts to complete the healing process but is unable to as it is either missing something it needs, or something is interfering with its ability to function – or often, both are occurring.
The solution?
Give your body more of what it wants, and less of what it doesn’t, and you’ll get more of what you want and less of what you don’t!
Regardless of what “triggers” the fatigue, poor stamina, or low energy – a chronic infection, mitochondrial dysfunction, low “T” (testosterone), chronic inflammation, low adrenal function, or even a disease process (like COPD lung condition) – the solutions can always be traced back to some combination of:
- Replenishing nutrition deficiencies
- Getting more restorative rest
- Exercising correctly and consistently
- Lowering your body’s toxic load
- Managing stress better and resolving/healing past or on-going trauma
The benefits of each of the above trickle down and help restore function, immune balance, mitochondrial activity, and ultimately, facilitate healing.
But what is the safest, most effective, science-backed, evidence-based guidance to accomplish all of the above?
Here’s how to reclaim your energy AND rejuvenate your immunity:
Simply put, take action that is aligned with your body’s natural design and based on 40+ years of clinical experience and rigorous review of the research, as noted below:
- Get on a highly researched, daily Foundational Formula clinically proven to replenish and sustain your nutrient needs. (Take the brief, 4-question quiz to discover your “matched” formula.)
- Incorporate 1 or 2 new, healthy habits from Foundations for Creating Optimal Health to safely and effectively help guide you to sleep more soundly, exercise correctly, eat well, and lowering your toxic load and managing your stress better.
- For additional immune support (beyond steps #1 and #2 above, which all promote a balanced, robust immune response), add Mushroom Immune (1 or 2 capsules a day).
To help with long-standing energy problems occurring during or after an infection, add Immune Paks (1 to 3 packets a day) to facilitate you recovery.
Complete details for all energy -boosting, immune-supportive recommendations are clearly explained and outlined in my book, Optimizing Your Immunity: A guidebook for infection protection and illness recovery.
How long till you feel more vitalized and enthusiastic?
I can’t say for sure as it varies from person to person, their state of health, medication usage, and more. Could be a week or a month or more. Mostly depends, though, on how many of the energy-restoring, immune-building action steps you take!
What I do know is that your action today creates the opportunity for your feeling and functioning better going forward.
Remember … when you give your body more of what it wants, you get more of what you want!
You can do this!
Are you tired of feeling tired? Your next best steps are outlined above. Action taken today will set in motion the resolution of your fatigue and/or immune challenges.
